Intimate gatherings for women, shaped in relationship with the season, the land, the herd, and what is ready to be remembered.
Retreats for Women
THE INVITATION
Remember. Receive. Trust.
Women have always gathered in rhythm with the living world — beneath the sky, around fire, beside water, in seasons of change, longing, grief, becoming, and return.
At Tridentata, we gather to remember what the body has always known, to receive what becomes possible through presence and relationship, and to trust the innate intelligence moving through all of life.
Nothing has to be figured out, performed, or pushed into becoming.
There is only the invitation to arrive as you are, to listen, and to allow what is ready to unfold in its own time.
Our Alchemical Blend
Each retreat is shaped through a living interplay of body, land, herd, circle, silence, creativity, and rest. Each holds its own intelligence. Together, they create the conditions for something new to become possible.
While every gathering unfolds differently, it may include:
Somatic practice
Time with the herd
Women’s circle
Quiet on the land
Creative inquiry
Rest and integration
Together, these practices deepen our capacity to listen — to the body, the land, the herd, and what becomes present between women in relationship.
Spacious Days. Loosely Held.
The days move with a gentle rhythm, balancing shared experiences with rest, reflection, and unstructured time. Mornings may begin with quiet movement, tea beneath the desert sky, or time with the herd. Afternoons allow space for shared practice, bodywork, creativity, and rest. Evenings may gather around a meal, conversation, circle, or ritual.
Nothing is added simply to fill the hours. Space to rest, wander, and integrate is part of the retreat itself.
While each gathering takes shape around its own theme, the days generally follow this rhythm:
Morning — movement, nourishment, time with the herd
Afternoon — shared practice, bodywork, rest, quiet
Evening — meal, circle, ritual, integration
Intimate by Design
Tridentata retreats are intentionally limited to four to six women, allowing each gathering to remain personal, relational, and responsive to the women who arrive and what unfolds among them.
Guests stay within the sanctuary, share nourishing meals, and are supported before, during, and after the retreat through a pre-retreat conversation, the gathering itself, and a post-retreat integration check-in.
The small group allows space for each woman to be known without placing pressure on her to share, participate, or move faster than her own rhythm.
UPCOMING RETREATThe Ecology of Belonging
A four-day women’s retreat with horses in the Sonoran Desert, exploring how presence, relationship, and the living world can restore our felt sense of belonging — within ourselves, with one another, and with life.
November 5 - 7, 2026
The Herd. The Living Field.
The horses are not used as symbols or tools. They are participants in the living field, each with their own history, boundaries, preferences, and ways of relating.
Their presence brings honesty, rhythm, immediacy, and choice. They sense and respond to what is happening around them — not as mirrors of our inner lives, but as living beings in relationship.
In their presence, we may begin to notice what is happening beneath the surface: where we brace, where we reach, where we withdraw, where we soften, and where connection becomes possible again.
This work is not about performing with horses. It is about learning to be in relationship — with ourselves, with one another, and with life itself.
Remember. Receive. Trust.
Our retreats are invitations to soften without disappearing, to receive what has been waiting beneath the demands of daily life, and to return gently to the wisdom held in the body, the land, and the living relationships that sustain us.
