Tridentata is shaped by the herd, the desert land, and the wild that move through this place.

Many of the horses who arrive here have complex needs, aging bodies, or histories that require patience, compassion, and understanding. Each is met as an individual and offered the space, rhythm, choice, and care their life asks for.

The horses participate in our gatherings at liberty. They are autonomous beings with their own preferences, histories, relationships, and boundaries. To meet the herd is to enter a quieter kind of relationship — one that asks for presence rather than performance, listening rather than control, and respect rather than expectation.

Reciprocity between humans and horses is woven into the daily life of this place. We do not ask the herd only to give. Their comfort, consent, freedom, and well-being remain at the center of every encounter.
