INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

The Shared Field

Somatic Touch & Craniosacral Listening

Private, hands-on sessions in the presence of the herd, exploring the body's capacity for regulation, stillness, and reorganization.

The shared field is the space of relationship we enter together — human, horse, land, and the wider environment.

Presence is what allows us to perceive it. As we become more available to the present moment, we begin to notice what is moving within us and between us: sensation, emotion, energy, resonance, and the subtle ways one nervous system responds to another.

Nothing needs to be interpreted or assigned meaning. We simply become quiet enough to listen to what is already here.

It all belongs

The body is not a collection of separate parts.

Bones, organs, membranes, connective tissues, fluids, and the nervous system exist in continuous relationship.

Through gentle somatic touch and craniosacral listening, we bring attention to the living body as a whole—its patterns of holding and protection, its subtle rhythms, and its capacity for regulation.

Rather than directing change, we listen for what is ready to emerge.

The horses remain at liberty throughout - free to approach, rest, or remain apart. Their presence is not a technique, but part of the field.

The Session

Sessions take place outdoors beneath the shelter in the horse sanctuary.

You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on the table. Through gentle contact and stillness, we listen to the body without imposing a predetermined sequence. The work may include touch at the head, spine, sacrum, or other areas of the body, always with your consent and in response to what arises. The horses may approach or remain apart. Their choices, and yours, are honored throughout.

No previous experience with horses or somatic work is necessary.

Initial Session 1.5 hours $225

Continuing Session 1 hour $140

AN INVITATION TO HORSES

My work with horses continues to deepen through my studies in equine biodynamic craniosacral therapy with Shea Stewart of Equine Balance, where I am currently in Level 3.

This learning builds upon years of experience with my own herd, integrating somatic touch, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for the horse's capacity to guide the work.

The touch is gentle and attentive, following rather than directing, and honoring the horse's responses and willingness throughout.

As I continue my training, I am offering individual sessions for horses at a reduced rate.

If you are curious about this work for your horse, please reach out to learn more.
